OBITUARY: Julius Kramer, former president of Ohio Sanitary Supply

Julius Kramer was a founding member of the Tri-State Distributors Association, president of Central Wholesalers Association and served on the ASA board.
Julius Kramer, 94, former president of Ohio Sanitary Supply Co. (Cleveland), died April 3, 2011. Services will be held Tuesday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at the Park Synagogue in Cleveland Heights.
Kramer was one of the founding members of the Tri-State Distributors Association in the 1970s. The TSDA eventually expanded to become the Central Wholesalers Association (CWA) and later merged with the Michigan Association of Distributors to become the North Central Wholesalers Association (NCWA).
He was president of CWA in 1981-82 and also served on the board of directors of the American Supply Association. His son, Dale Kramer, later served as president of CWA and was an ASA board member in 1990-1991.
