GROHE opened its first sales office in Latin America with a branch in São Paulo and also launched its first Galleria in Brazil at Vallvé, which operates a large network of bathroom showrooms. “Establishing the GROHE brand in Brazil is a key strategic move in GROHE’s global expansion plans,” said Jeffrey Ackerberg, president and chief executive officer for GROHE Americas.
The new sales structure in Latin America offers
support in customer service, logistics and technical matters in English,
Portuguese and Spanish. Sergio Alarcon, commercial director of GROHE
South America, has been named to lead the dedicated GROHE team in São Paulo.
