Chief operating officer for WinWholesale Inc.,Monte Salsman, has assumed an expanded role as COO for the Noland Co. subsidiary. The move will benefit Noland by having a management structure similar to the Win companies.

Jean Preston, who had been Noland’s chief operating officer since 2005, has been appointed an area leader to oversee Noland locations in the northern part of its market in the Southeast. He also will oversee three Noland locations serving specialized markets.

“After more than four years since WinWholesale acquired Noland Co., we have completed the successful integration in terms of systems like IT, payroll, human resources, inventory management and other areas,” saidRick Schwartz, WinWholesale president and CEO. “With that work complete, we believe Noland will benefit from having a management structure similar to what has been successful for WinWholesale for several years.”
