Baltimore, MD-based Northeastern Supply hosted a hospitality event in May at Dover International Speedway in Dover, DE. The wholesaler’s driver, Jason Leffler, greeted a crowd of 200 at a cookout the night before the Nationwide Series Race, signing autographs and posing for pictures. Leffler greeted another crowd of 250 race fans on Saturday after qualifying for 23rd position for that day’s Nationwide Series race.
All 250 customers who attended the hospitality event that day received tickets into the track, compliments of Northeastern. Leffler finished 8th in the race. "We’ve been doing this for years now and year after year it just keeps getting bigger and better,” saidSteve Cook, Northeastern Supply's president and CEO.
