Taco Inc’s FloPro Desginer software now has a dedicated technical support
team available to members via e-mail and over the phone. FloPro Designer
Software specialist, Ra Puriri is a software developer and the son of a plumber
who was introduced to hydronic systems at the age of three.
FloPro Designer users can send their questions to support@floproteam.com or call Puriri toll-free during business hours on the FloPro Designer Hot Line at 877-270-4685. (Note: Puriri is located in Utah; business hours are 11 am – 7 pm Eastern.)
Software video tutorials are also available at FloPro.TACO-hvac.com. Taco has uploaded a five-part series of video training to guide users through the basic functions of FloPro Designer and help them get up to speed fast.
