Arrow Industries Acquires Duratrac Inc.
Arrow Industries, the company that invented the
corrugated flexible gas connector in 1931, announced the acquisition of
Duratrac Inc. Duratrac manufactures gas connectors for the residential and
commercial markets. Arrow acquired Duratrac in an all-cash purchase of company’s
assets from its parent company Dura Global.
Duratrac headquarters are in Henderson, NV, with additional warehouses in Southern California and Atlanta. The Duratrac Division of Arrow will be headed by Gil Fanchin, formerly of Roberts Manufacturing. He will work directly under John Ridgely, president of Arrow Industries.
