Emerson Climate Technologies announced promotions within two of its divisions.

John Schneider


Emerson Climate Technologies named John Schneider vice president, marketing, Air Conditioning Division. In this position, he will be responsible for the division’s marketing efforts, which include product strategy, pricing, forecasting and demand management functions. Most recently Schneider was director of residential marketing.

Deborah Monnin

The company also promoted Deborah Monnin to vice president, engineering, Refrigeration Division. Monnin has held various engineering positions during her 17 years with the company.
