HSC has been in business 50 plus years, similar to GTS and has strong customer and employee loyalty which are all vital ingredients for success,” saidGary Sanders, executive chairman of GTS.
HSC is a 50-year-old independent wholesaler of plumbing and HVAC supplies located in Wyoming. HSC has two store locations, one in Casper and one in Cody. However, they service a broader region of Wyoming from these locations.
GTS is the largest independent plumbing wholesale supplier in Colorado with 12 locations serving the major population centers in the state. Through the acquisition, GTS and HSC will be capable of serving an even broader costumer base.
HSC will continue to operate as Houston Supply Co. as a Division of GTS. And present HSC personnel will continue the Wyoming operations, reporting to GTS management.
