George T. Sanders Purchases Houston Supply In Wyoming

T. Sanders Co. (GTS) acquired Houston Supply Co. (HSC) in Wyoming. The two
companies signed an agreement under which GTS will acquire the assets and
operations of HSC.
“We are excited with the opportunity to leverage our past success in Colorado into the state of Wyoming with the acquisition of HSC. HSC has been in business 50 plus years, similar to GTS and has strong customer and employee loyalty which are all vital ingredients for success,” said Gary Sanders, executive chairman of GTS.
HSC is a 50-year-old independent wholesaler of plumbing and HVAC supplies located in Wyoming. HSC has two store locations, one in Casper and one in Cody. However, they service a broader region of Wyoming from these locations.
GTS is the largest independent plumbing wholesale supplier in Colorado with 12 locations serving the major population centers in the state. Through the acquisition, GTS and HSC will be capable of serving an even broader costumer base.
HSC will continue to operate as Houston Supply Co. as a Division of GTS. And present HSC personnel will continue the Wyoming operations, reporting to GTS management.
