PACE Supply Corp., Santa Rosa, CA, celebrated the grand opening of its new Stockton, CA, branch (pictured) with about 336 customers, employees and vendors in July. The new Stockton facility is 40,000 sq. ft. on five acres. The former warehouse in Stockton stocked 7,000 items in cramped quarters. The new facility will allow the company to double the number of items and expand its inventory to include more heating and air conditioning items, municipal waterworks and underground pipes, and supplies such as fire hydrants and utility hole covers.
The event included raffles, prizes, a live band and a barbecue. In addition, 60 supplier booths were set up to provide hands-on demos and special pricing.
