Ruud Distributor Coburn Supply, based in Beaumont, TX, has opened a new PROSTOCK store in Houma, LA. The wholesaler operates five other PROSTOCK stores in Louisiana and Texas. The grand opening drew contractors from across the region.
Vendors including Ruud, PROSTOCK, Uniweld, Virginia, Fluke Meters and White-Rodgers displayed and discussed their new products.
The new PROSTOCK store layout includes a 50,000-sq.-ft. warehouse and 1,500-sq.-ft. showroom. Attendees to the event were treated to a gumbo and hamburger buffet and given multiple door prizes.
PROSTOCK stores are self-service parts and supply centers that cater to professional HVAC contractors. The stores provide replacement and aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories. The Replacement Parts department of the Rheem Sales Co. supports a network of independent HVAC parts outlets under the PROSTOCK brand name.
