Lennox International has appointed John Hurst to the position of vice president, residential product management and Dave DeRoussel vice president, Mexico Operations.

Hurst was vice president of business development at Prenova, a start-up in the energy and environmental services industry. DeRoussel was previously responsible for the manufacturing operations of Carrier Commercial in Monterrey, Mexico.
