PremierDPH, a new decorative plumbing and hardware buying group formed by Buying Group Services, held its kick-off conference Dec. 8-9 in Dallas. The buying group has 17 members with 24 showrooms and 24 preferred vendors.  Buying Group Services also operates the Bath & Kitchen Buying Group.
