Berner International Corp. Berner Energy Recovery, a division of Berner International, introduces TRICOIL® coil arrangement, which allows for precise humidity control and prevents over- and under-cooling, while maximizing outdoor air requirements, to maintain the proper IAQ.

The TRICOIL can work in conjunction with the main HVAC system or operate as a stand alone or multi-zone system.

Space-Ray

Four new higher capacity LTS Series infrared gas tube heaters are CSA design-certified for both horizontal and vertical venting. Also, Space-Ray LTS Series straight tube heaters now come in more than 100 different configurations, with heating capacities ranging from 40,000 BTU/hr to 250,000 BTU/hr. Available in both natural and propane gas, the heaters can be used in straight, L-, U- or Z-shaped configurations. 

FieldServer Technologies

FS-B35 Series FieldServer offers four serial ports, two 10/100BaseT Ethernet ports plus a LonWorks port; access to driver library and 1,000 point capacity.

The new SlotServer is able to interface LonWorks, BACnet and other building and fire alarm protocols directly to an Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC, providing communication between building automation systems and process control in industrial plants.

Lochinvar Corp.

Advances to the Power-Fin boiler and water heater line include higher turndown ratio, a standard internal cascading sequencer, and control upgrades for easy installation, system set-up and troubleshooting. This includes optional software for PC or Pocket PC.

The internal sequencer simplifies creation of a cascading “lead/lag” system, in which the lead boiler or water heater controls the rotating operation and firing rate of up to seven additional units.
