Blue Angel’s “Intelli-Sense” Switch technology controls the sump pump with no moving mechanical parts. It measures water capacitance to direct the pump on and uses a solid state microprocessor to calculate how long the pump needs to run. It sets a cycle time that adjusts depending on water demand, each time the pump runs, eliminating short cycling.
