A.O. Smith Water Products Co. was one of four companies presented with the 2007 Logility Leadership Award by Logility Inc., a supplier of collaborative solutions to optimize the supply chain. A.O. Smith implemented Logility Voyager Solutions to improve supply chain processes through better demand, inventory, supply and transportation planning.

As a result, the company has reduced inventory, gained a more proactive response to demand fluctuations and improved customer service.
