The honored product is a portable service tool that provides Coleman HVAC technicians with information to help diagnose HVAC equipment problems, perform required service, enhance equipment sales and improve technician efficiency. The Pocket Tech Software is installed on a personal digital assistant (PDA) to provide instant diagnostic information to technicians.
