The ASA Spring Forum is hosted annually by the Young Executives Division. Thrity-five ASA members gathered in Savannah, GA, April 5-7 for two days of education, networking and fun. Brent R. Grover, Evergreen Consulting, LLC presented a two-part program based on his recent publication, More to the Bottom Line (NAW, 2004), which centered around customer profitability analysis and tools.

In addition to the two-part Educational Session, Grover also moderated a Roundtable Networking Session, where high energy discussions took place on topics such as sales compensation, health care costs, energy costs and open book management. This session is a favorite each year with the attendees.

Also, Mickey Weinstein, CEO of Ridgewood Corp. in Harriman, NY, joined the group for the “Industry Best Practices” session. Mr. Weinstein, a long-time veteran of this industry, spoke to the group about the non-competitive aspects of creative pricing for increased profit.
