Moen Inc. promoted Mike Bauer to senior director/wholesale marketing and Allen Talley to director of commercial marketing and product development; Tim Millay has joined the company as director of commercial sales; and Gary Pember was named director/marketing and product development for Creative Specialties International, a division of Moen.



Moen Inc. promoted Mike Bauer to senior director/wholesale marketing and Allen Talley to director of commercial marketing and product development; Tim Millay has joined the company as director of commercial sales; and Gary Pember was named director/marketing and product development for Creative Specialties International, a division of Moen. Bauer had been senior director/marketing, product development and quality for Creative Specialties International. He also served as director/operations and finance for CSI and as corporate controller for Moen. Talley joined Moen in 1994, working in the product research and development area. Most recently he was a senior project manager in Moen's New Growth Markets group and worked on the team that laid the groundwork for the current Moen Commercial Division strategy.

Millay previously worked at Swan Corp., where he held positions including vice president of sales, national sales manager and Midwest regional manager.

Pember joined Moen in 1999 and served in various marketing positions including group product manager/bath segment; director of bath and retail marketing; and most recently, director of wholesale marketing.
