The Construction Innovation Forum set Oct. 1 as the deadline for nominations for the 2003 NOVA Awards honoring construction innovations around the world. Nomination forms may be downloaded from CIF's Web site at: http://www.cif.org. There are no entry fees. The 2003 winners will be announced in February 2003.
