Honeywell acquired Tridium Inc., a privately held software-development company based in Richmond, VA, with subsidiaries in London and Singapore. Tridium will continue to operate as a separate entity within Honeywell's Environmental and Combustion Controls (ECC) business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
