Finland's Outokumpu is set to divest its last copper-related business by selling its fabricated copper product business to the private equity firm, Nordic Capital.
Outokumpu CEO Juha Rantanen explained the divestiture as “a strategic move on our way to a focused stainless steel and technology company. Our vision is to be the undisputed number one in stainless.”
