Sid Harvey Industries (Garden City, N.Y.) announced Rich Carbonaro has been promoted to vice president of purchasing. He has worked for the company since 1993 as refrigeration purchasing manager and director of purchasing. He began his career in 1975 with another refrigeration wholesaler.

The company also named Terry Gossman, a 30-year industry veteran, regional sales manager in the Rocky Mountains.
