Mestek announced that its acquisition subsidiary, Embassy Manufacturing, has acquired all of the operating assets and assumed certain liabilities of Embassy Industries, a New York corporation. It was purchased for $8 million.
Mestek announced that its acquisition subsidiary, Embassy Manufacturing, has acquired all of the operating assets and assumed certain liabilities of Embassy Industries, a New York corporation. It was purchased for $8 million.
The company will retain production in Farmingdale, N.Y., for the next six to nine months and will then provide for a distribution center on Long Island for Embassy and other Mestek products and services.
