American Standard: The Bath and Kitchen America's Division of the American Standard group of companies appointed Harry Kandilas business leader for the Canadian business unit, based in Mississauga, Ontario. Previously, he was director of sales and marketing for Electrolux Major Appliances (Frigidaire Canada) for five years, and before that he spent a number of years in various sales and marketing roles in the retail, national accounts and builder division of General Electric Appliances (Camco). Kandilas succeeds Susan Mileusnich, who will become vice president of the business development team in the American Standard Cos.' head office in Piscataway, N.J.
