Kohler Co. announced that a nationwide contest for plumbers to demonstrate how quickly they can install Kohler® and Sterling® bathroom products is being staged at various locations serviced by Newport News, Va.-based Ferguson Enterprises from now through September.

At participating locations two plumbers at a time are invited to race simultaneously through the installation of a Kohler Cimarron Comfort Height™ two-piece toilet with its DryLock™ installation system, a Kohler Forte® centerset lavatory faucet, and a multi-piece Sterling Ensemble™ tile shower made of Vikrell™ material. The three contestants who post the fastest qualifying times win cash prizes ranging from $50 to $200.

The plumber with the fastest time in each of Ferguson's eight sales regions will receive an all-expense paid trip to the final showdown competition scheduled for Nov. 5-6 in Kohler, Wis. This trip includes a two-night stay at Kohler's American Club and a ticket to attend a Green Bay Packers football game at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. The first-place winner at the national finals will receive $3,000.
