Hays Fluid Controls named Timothy England regional manager for the upper Midwest and other parts of the country where he has contacts. Most recently he was sales and marketing manager for Varidigm, a manufacturer of advanced heating and air-conditioning controls in Plymouth, Minn. Hays Fluid Controls manufactures automatic flow control valves and related equipment for heating and air-conditioning systems, Navy ships and other applications.
