BrassCraft promoted Joel Paul to director of operations of its packaging and distribution facility in Brownstown Township, Mich. He succeeds Eric Neer, who is retiring from the position. Most recently Paul was director of sales administration. He joined BrassCraft in July, 1990 as an information services programmer, and was promoted to supervisor of EDI and shipping in 1995.
