Ferguson Enterprises (Newport News, Va.) announced the following personnel changes:

Keith VanderVennet was named to the newly created position of director of branch sales. He had been director of career development.

Mark Stefanick was promoted to director of career development. Formerly vice president of finance for Familian Corp., most recently he served as operations manager for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Andrew Ciesla was named area manager for the Northeast region. He joined Ferguson in 1998 through the acquisition of L&H Supply, where he was vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Most recently he was president and general manager of Ferguson's Lakewood, N.J., location.

Kevin Murphy is now manager of the Waterworks Business Group. He joined Ferguson through the Midwest Pipe and Supply acquisition in 1999 and had been Waterworks area manager for the Northeast since 2003.

Michael Draper was named general manager of the newly created Southern Minnesota branch. He had been general manager of the Milwaukee branch.

Steven D. Petock has been appointed to vice president and general manager of the Residential Business Group. He had been vice president and regional manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining Ferguson in 1981 he has held various positions including eight years spent as president and general manager of the Richmond, Va., branch.

Thomas “T.J.” Bedell is now general manager of the Medford, Ore., branch.

Since joining Ferguson in 1992 he has served as satellite manager at different branches and was named Satellite Manager for the Year for 2002-2003.

Kevin Johnson was appointed general manager of the Grand Rapids, Mich., location. He has held various positions since joining Ferguson in 1990, including operations manager and manager of Ferguson locations in Michigan.
