Rep Update ... Why Contractors Buy The Way They Do

SUPPLY HOUSE TIMES Editor Jim Olsztynski comes up with one good topic after another for his editorials (see Editorial, July 2004, page 164). Just recently I was discussing this consolidation of purchases by the contractors with one of my wholesalers. It is always nice to see purchasing decisions attributed to issues other than price. Superior inventory, service and convenient locations earn the business.
Pricing has to be competitive with the market, not lower. <<
