York International donated an HVAC system to a house remodeled for the TV show, “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.” The show, which features a family that has gone through an extreme hardship each episode, focused on an eight-child family that recently became parentless. The donated system is zoned to offer different climate options in each bedroom and the main living area. The donated furnace is a two-stage variable-speed unit that features corrosion-resistant materials and is rated up to 94% AFUE. The donated air conditioner is a York Stealth™ Series high-efficiency central air conditioner, which features twin-single compressor technology.
