Invensys Climate Controls introduced the first two sizes in the VB-8000 series of new high-performance globe valves for commercial applications. The valves use a patented design for the plug and seat that eliminates unbalanced pressure forces on the plug. The valves are currently available in 5-inch and 6-inch, and 2-way and 3-way models, with a complete line of pneumatic and electric actuators.
