Imperial, a manufacturer of HVAC and specialty tools, celebrated its 100th anniversary in January. It began as Imperial Brass Mfg. Co. in 1905, and was purchased by Stride Tool in 1996. The company's customer base has expanded internationally to markets including United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Australia and Brazil.
