A Modern Showroom
SUPPLY HOUSE TIMES Publisher Scott Franz and Pat Lenius, managing editor, attended the grand re-opening of Modern Supply's showroom in Knoxville, Tenn.


Modern Supply hosted a grand opening in June for the renovated 10,000-sq.-ft. showroom at its Knoxville, Tenn., headquarters. The wholesaler totally redesigned the existing showroom.

The new version has a working kitchen, a children's play area, attractive vignettes and updated displays. Dottie Ramsey, president/COO of Modern Supply, is currently serving her term as the first woman president of the American Supply Association.

The company was founded in 1949 by the late Mitch Robinson, father of current Chairman/CEO Pace Robinson. Today it has seven locations.

The renovated showroom includes a number of attractive vignettes.
