Eljer Plumbingware demonstrated its lightweight Gibraltar™ bathtub at ISH NA. It weighs only 89 pounds compared with a traditional cast iron tub, which weighs about 350 pounds. The Gibraltar tub is baked for heat retention which also helps to deaden sound.
