Cayce Mill Supply Co. (Hopkinsville, Ky.) has acquired Distinctive Lighting, Owensboro, Ky. Hal Johnson Jr., owner of Distinctive Lighting, will remain as manager. Cayce Mill Supply will add plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other products to the product offering for the Owensboro area. Breck Cayce is president of the 85-year-old family-owned company. It has branches in Hopkinsville and Russellville, Ky., that service western Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
