Going Once, Going Twice, Sold ... York International
York International sold its 181,000-sq.-ft. facility in Sparta, N.C. to Sparta Business Park, LLC, which is part of a national commercial real estate development enterprise based in California. The building will be leased to Martin Marietta Composites, a division of Martin Marietta Materials, Inc.
