McJunkin Corp. (Charleston, W.Va.) has finalized its acquisition of CIGMA LLC of Indianapolis. Founded in 1997 to provide gas products and integrated supply services, CIGMA was a jointly held subsidiary of Vectren Corp. of Evansville, IN and Citizens Gas & Coke Utility of Indianapolis.
