Watts Water Technologies acquired McCoy Enterprises, which distributes its products under the brand names Orion, Flowsafe and Laboratory Enterprises. McCoy's annual sales are estimated at $17 million. The acquisition is an extension of Watts Water Technologies' existing drain business, according to Patrick S. O'Keefe, CEO.
