McJunkin-Cambar (McBar) was formed in 1994 to offer mill supplies, safety products, cutting tools, electrical, and other MRO and construction products. It expects combined revenues of more than $52 million this year.
McBar to purchase McJunkin electrical
The joint venture McJunkin-Cambar Corp. has reached an agreement to acquire the electrical business of McJunkin Corp. (Charleston, W.Va.). The transaction is expected to close June 1.
