Powers, a unit of Crane Co., and supplier of pressure-balancing valves, has reorganized part of its executive leadership. Rod Couser has been named president. He has held various senior management titles during his 20-year career with Crane. Bill Tipps is now vice president/sales and marketing, a new position. Bruce Fathers is expanding his duties beyond director of marketing to include oversight of the commercial products group, including product development. Jim Graves has been named mechanical engineering manager. Powers offers plumbing products, including thermostatic and pressure-balancing shower valves, master thermostatic tempering valves and shower control systems.
