Prophet 21 announced strong results for the first quarter of 2002, which ended Sept. 30, 2001. Revenues were $10.6 million, up 29% from the same quarter in 2001. Net income was $238,000, or 6 cents per diluted share, compared to a loss of $1.5 million, or 40 cents a share, during the first quarter of 2001.
