Ralph Suppa, president-elect at the Canadian Institute of Plumbing & Heating, has assumed full responsibility for the staff and will begin building a new team to meet the needs of members in the 21st century. He succeeds Ed Hardison, who is retiring as president and now will focus on major external programs, including the first ISH North America convention to be held in Toronto in 2002. Hardison will relocate to a home office, while Suppa will handle all day-to-day operations.
