Many vendors have historically used the ASA Convention as a venue for customer appreciation events. In fact, this year, there will be some "old friends" on the schedule, as well as some new ones. This is by no means a complete list, but here are some of the events that'll be held at the Royal York Hotel during ASA's Convention:

Hercules Chemical Co. "Ice Cream Social"

For many years a tradition during the ASA program, Hercules again invites convention delegates to an after-dinner evening of delicious treats and hospitality. Make your own sundae and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at this outstanding event, Thursday evening, October 31st, from 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 midnight.

Elkay Manufacturing Co. "Evening in the Park"

It simply would not be an ASA convention without this popular event that always features a wide variety of tasty treats, cocktails and entertainment (not to mention the chance to win valuable prizes).

Elkay's tradition of hospitality and generosity makes this a don't-miss event for their distributor customers, Thursday, Oct. 31, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

In-Sink-Erator's "Smoker" and "Wine & Cheese Tasting"

ISE's popular "Smoker" will once again be held in Toronto on Thursday evening, Oct. 31 (5:00-7:00 p.m.), where guests will enjoy a puff on some of the finest Cuban cigars available. Another hospitality event hosted by ISE this year will focus on the convention spouses. A Wine & Cheese Tasting Event will be held Thursday afternoon (Oct. 31) from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m., immediately following the Partners of ASA luncheon program/tour.

A.O. Smith/State Industries "A Winning Combination"

These new partners in the "biz" will team up for not one, but two hospitality get-togethers to host their customers this year to be sure that they get a chance to see and visit with each and every one. Both companies will jointly host this event on two evenings, Wednesday, Oct. 30, and Friday, Nov. 1, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., with plenty of warm hospitality in a casual, relaxed setting.
