Maverick Tube Corp. plans to close its Youngstown, Ohio, manufacturing facility during the second quarter of 2003. The facility produced large-diameter line and standard pipe.
All of its production will be moved to a Maverick plant in Hickman, Ark., whose 16-in. mill will run at a higher rate of capacity.
