The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (3,000+ members), the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, the American Backflow Prevention Association and the World Plumbing Council have endorsed ISH North America, along with the following industry groups: Association of Industry Manufacturers Representatives, Association of the European Heating Industry, Association of the German Heating Industry, Canadian Association of Pump Manufacturers, Canadian Water Quality Association, Construction Contractors Alliance, Mechanical Contractors Association of America, Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, Plumbing Contractors of America, Professional Institute for Air Conditioning in Buildings, PVF Roundtable, Quality Service Contractors, Radiant Panel Association, and Union Affiliated Contractors.

ISH-NA will be held Oct. 1-3, 2003 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino Convention Center in Las Vegas.

In addition to the trade show, ISH North America will offer educational seminars. Among the speakers will be Jim Olsztynski and Hank Darlington.

Olsztynski is consulting editor of PM Engineer, editorial director of Plumbing & Mechanical and editor of SUPPLY HOUSE TIMES. He has been a professional writer-editor for 30 years, 25 of them associated with the plumbing industry. He is the recipient of seven national awards for editorial excellence. At ISH Olsztynski will moderate a discussion of current plumbing/PVF issues.

Darlington now the owner of Darlington Consulting, formerly owned a decorative plumbing, hardware and kitchen wholesale showroom business for 20 years. He is is the author of two books and working on a third; a monthly columnist for two national trade magazines including SUPPLY HOUSE TIMES; a seminar teacher/facilitator in the kitchen and bath industry; and a consultant. At ISH North America, Darlington will address the topics: "Grow Your Gross Profit Margin -- Starting Today!" and "How to Manage for Showroom Success."
