The former will integrate its content delivery and e-commerce enabling solutions with Prelude's various automation and Web-enabling systems. i2 Trade Service is a provider of standardized product and price information to the electrical, plumbing/PVF, HVACR and industrial industries. Prelude Systems provides e-commerce for high volume industrial distributors.
