Troy Allison has been named vice president/energy sales, IPSCO Tubulars Inc. Allison is responsible for managing the sales and marketing of OCTG and small diameter line pipe in the United States and will be based at IPSCO's Houston sales office.

He has 28 years of experience in the tubular products industry, having held various sales and management positions with distributors and manufacturers in the oil field supply business.
