The Shaw Group (Baton Rouge, La.) named Ron McCall president of the newly formed Maintenance Div. The appointment is simultaneous with the separation of Shaw's Construction and Maintenance operations into distinct divisions. McCall joins The Shaw Group from Turner Industries, where he had spent the last 20 years as senior vice president of construction and maintenance of the Western Div. A proposed acquisition of Turner by Shaw was terminated within a week after being announced last June.
