Victaulic Company of America has acquired Brico Industries Inc., a manufacturer of mechanical pipe-joining systems that specializes in large-diameter connections. Brico will continue to operate under the direction of President Donald Bridges at its present location in Atlanta.
In making the announcement, Victaulic Chairman and CEO Joseph Trachtenberg noted, "The product lines of Brico and Victaulic are extremely complementary. We look forward to the benefits this collaboration will provide to our mutual customers."
