Fisher Manufacturing Co. announced the closure of its wholly owned subsidiary Harden Industries effective Dec. 1. “We will fulfill our backlog for any order placed before the Nov. 1 cutoff,” Ray Fisher Jr., president, said in a statement. He stressed that Harden is a completely separate subsidiary and its closing will have no effect on Fisher, the core commercial brand.
